Extrusion working pressure is generally 12-45MPa. Therefore, the grinding wheel has high compressive strength and ductility when the die component is used to avoid sudden brittle fracture during operation.
3. The performance of wear-resistant materials and the subsequent expansion of the main research purposes of plastic products enterprises require the addition of inorganic materials such as glass fiber in plastics to improve the plastic deformation of products. Because the addition of food additives has greatly reduced the fluidity of plastics and caused damage to the abrasive tools, it is stipulated that the abrasive tools have an excellent wear-resistant performance.
4. The addition of anti-corrosion flame retardant will release steam etching during the whole process of forming ABS and similar polyepoxy resin. Sometimes, it will rust on the grindstone and destroy the air flow at the intersection point, which is an excellent corrosion resistance of the predetermined mold steel.
5. The excellent drilling production features processing technology and the subsequent replacement of imported plastic products. The appearance is complex and precise. It is stipulated that the steel for grinding tools has excellent processing quality characteristics of drilling manufacturers, and the cold work hardening is small in the whole process of drilling.
