The same plastic has different flow temperature and decomposition temperature due to different sources or brands. This is because the average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution are different, and the plastics are also different in the plasticization process of different types of injection machines, so the choice of barrel temperature is different.
2. Nozzle temperature: generally, in this case, the nozzle temperature is slightly lower than the ambient temperature of the barrel, which is when the molten material is in the straight through nozzle in order to prevent salivation. The nozzle temperature should not be too low, otherwise we will block the nozzle due to the early solidification of melt, or students will affect the performance of their products due to the injection of early solidification into the mold cavity. Only appropriate temperature control can ensure the performance of products.
3. Mold temperature: Generally speaking, mold temperature has a great impact on the internal performance and appearance quality of products, which can be said to be a very important factor. The temperature of the mold depends on the crystallinity of the plastic, the size and structure of the product, the requirements for performance, melt temperature, injection speed, injection pressure and molding cycle.
