The same plastic has different flow temperature and decomposition temperature due to different sources or brands. This is because the average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution are different, and the plastics are also different in the plasticization process of different types of injection machines. Therefore, the choice of barrel temperature is different.
2. Nozzle temperature: generally, the nozzle temperature is slightly lower than the ambient temperature of the material barrel. This is because the enterprise can prevent salivation when the molten material is in the straight through nozzle. The temperature of the nozzle should not be too low, otherwise we will cause early solidification of the melt and block the nozzle, or students will affect the performance of their products due to the injection of the early solidification into the mold cavity, and appropriate temperature control can ensure the performance of the products.
3. Mold temperature: Generally speaking, mold temperature has a great impact on the internal performance and appearance quality of products, which can be said to be a very important factor. The temperature of the mold depends on the crystallinity of the plastic, the size and structure of the product, the requirements for performance, the melt temperature, the injection speed, the injection pressure and the molding cycle.
