As the viscosity of the oil decreases and the oil film becomes thinner, the friction resistance of the movable parts of the valve core increases, resulting in increased wear.
3. Sealing deformation: if the temperature of the injection molding machine is high, it is easy to deform the workpiece, so as to reduce the sealing performance and reduce the service life.
4. Oil deterioration: if the temperature is too high, the oil will accelerate to expire, with asphalt and other substances, and the service life of hydraulic oil will be reduced.
5. Deterioration of the quality of working parts: the temperature of the injection molding machine will cause excessive deterioration of the quality of working components, dissolve in oil, escape air and cavitation, resulting in the reduction of the performance of the hydraulic system.
