From three points, we can see the quality of injection parts.
First, look at the appearance
- Seewhetherthe injection parts are complete and whether they are deformed or not;
- Whether the injection parts are uniform in color, whether there is obvious color difference, and whether the color is bright and translucent.
Second, touch the product
- Touch the the surface of the injection part to see whether smooth, and whether there are burrs around the handle;
- Whether theinjection parts have been naturally aged, the aging is reflected in the injection parts becoming hard and brittle, and the high quality injection parts are soft and tough.
Third, weigh the weight
- Weigh the weight of injection parts. From the raw material polymerization process and physical properties, the light weight indicates low crystallinity, high purity and less impurities;
- Injection parts with the same structure and uniform wall thickness are produced by the same raw materials and processes. In addition to the above two characteristics, the light weight is better.
