The viscosity of the oil decreases: the viscosity of the oil with too high temperature of the injection molding machine decreases, the leakage increases, and the efficiency of the whole system and the volumetric efficiency of the pump will be significantly reduced. As the viscosity of the oil decreases, and the oil film becomes thinner, the friction resistance of movable parts such as the cutting valve core increases, resulting in increased wear.
3. Sealing deformation: if the temperature of the injection molding machine is high, the workpiece is easy to deform, which reduces the sealing performance and then reduces the service life.
4. Deterioration of oil: if the temperature is too high, the oil will accelerate to expire, and there will be asphalt and other substances, and the life of hydraulic oil will be reduced.
5. Deteriorate the quality of the working parts: The temperature of the injection molding machine will cause excessive deterioration of the quality of the working parts, which will release air dissolved in the oil and cause cavitation, thus reducing the performance of the hydraulic system.
